Midday Rejuvenation Yoga
This is a moderate level yoga class that will leave you feeling deeply rejuvenated and energized for the second part of your day. We will indulge in a variety of breathing techniques, flow through intense sequences of yoga postures, and we will end in the most important posture of all- savasana, sometimes on the mats and sometimes suspended from the yoga hammocks.
Aerial Anti-Gravity Yoga
You will learn to invert and hang suspended in the air. The hammock supports your hips for forward bends and backbends. It can be looped around one foot as you stand on the other for versions of standing big toe pose and king dancer, applications that are reminiscent of an Iyengar-style ropes wall. Best of all, the hammock wraps you in your own little cocoon for a swaying savasana.
